Well, I know people are hoping that this post contain's the link to another set of chapters after the long delay. However, that is not the case. I finished finals today, so after some cleanup I will get back to working on the chapters I have got in first draft and then post them here later tonight or tomorrow evening. I'll actually be posting a file that goes from chapter 1 to where it is at right now (Chapter 7 or 8 depending on how I fix something that wasn't working). So keep your eyes open and check back here tonight or tomorrow throughout the day for the next set of chapters.
So here's the scoop.
I have the next few chapters in 1st draft, but realized that I have a small issue with some timing of them. I had a few things to do in the chapters and after writing them realized I had really screwed things up. Anyways, I think I have a way of fixing it and will post the chapters when I've worked out, but there's some bad news.
I'm just starting into final exams tomorrow morning and they will last until the 30th of April. So I will not be doing a whole lot of writing of fixing during this next week. I'm going to hopefully have them up by Saturday the 3rd of May. I think it's reasonable and I think I can do it.
Well, I have created the first compilation. I currently have the Prologue up to Chapter 4 done. Each chapter is fairly short as I'm not particularly great at writing stories at great length yet, so don't expect a long read. I have much of the next three chapters figured out in detail, so I'm hoping to get those written down in narrative soon.

Well, this may be new to some people while to others it is a second time looking at this.
I had the idea for this book a number of years back and tried writing it. Didn't work. I tried again over this last summer. Didn't work.
Now I'm getting really serious about getting it down. I've had a very technical year and haven't been thinking creatively at all, so recently I've started pulling a lot of things together on the story that I think will progress it faster and will make it better over all.
The way this is going to work is that I will post a link to a .pdf file which contains the text of the chapter. Every once in a while I will compile a group of chapters and release that so that new viewers will not need to download each one individually.
One last point of interest. What I post here will be drafts (usually in 3rd or 4th draft by the time I feel confortable posting them) and so there will be errors (both gramatical and continuity). That being said, if you are following along carefully and a new compilation comes out you may want to download that and read it as there may have been small but significant changes to make things work better.
